Taking a break from our Mediterranean cruise from last year, let’s take a quick look at some photos from our recent trip to the Western Caribbean. Our first stop was Cozumel Mexico. This is my first time to Cozumel.
I gotta say the armed soldiers at the docks did not make me feel safer but otherwise it was a great stop. 🙂 Enjoy!
I didn’t see any armed soldiers. They didn’t even look at our photo IDs. We just flashed our room key. Of course we were on a tour bus leaving and coming back.
We arrived by cruise ship, so they might have been on the lookout for some more specific arrival. 🙂
We did too but we were rushed out of the port by our tour bus. So my guess is we just didn’t notice.
I liked the port stop at Cozumel much more than I’d expected to. Especially going over to the “wild side” of the island that isn’t as developed.
