Grover has worked his entire life like a good chipmunk should. He’s gathered his nuts and stored them for the long winter. Lately, he’s started questioning it all. What’s the point, he thinks. What is it all for? He believes he’s entered his mid-life crisis. Why not get a 2014 SethSnap Calendar? It’d look good on your wall.
The thought hits him, mid chew.
“OH my!, I’m old.”
“I can’t take it anymore!”
“Hey!, wait a minute.”
“I still look good!”
“And I can still do this!”

We like ours, also. Drop food from the bird feeder for them. The only name we have for them is “Chippy”. They are fun to watch and very accustom to our presence.
I think this is the first time I’ve seen one.
Stay on track, Grover, but have your moments of deep doubt and clarity of purpose.
