SethSnap 2014 Calendar: January

I’m in the process of developing a 2014 calendar which will go on sale in the next two or so weeks.  I need your help in creating the calendar.  You will get to decide which photos I will use for each month.  I’m hoping you’ll enjoy the calendar enough to purchase one and send a bit of love to Todd and I.  Also, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services’ Levy fund.  HCDDS does a great deal for our community and they need help every so often in raising awareness for their upcoming funds campaign.

So here’s the deal.  Over the next week, I’ll be picking my top five photos for the month in question.  Each day, I’ll post the five photos and ask you which one deserves to go in the calendar.  Once we’ve found a photo for each month, I’ll design the calendar.  Then, I post the finished calendar and give you the chance to purchase one.  At the end of November, beginning of December, I’ll order the calendars.  I will autograph your calendar, if you so wish, and mail it to you.  It should arrive in mid December.

So let’s get started.  Which one of the following photos from January 2013 should be used for January 2014? The choice is yours.

  1. I love this idea. Although being in Aus the seasons are all topsy turvy. Don’t spose you could make one with winter in August…?
Of these pics, my favourites are 5 and 1.

  2. A hard choice, option 2 cause its shaped like Australia or option 5? Ok I’ll go with 2. Difficult choice

  3. Reblogged this on pattytmitchell and commented:
I have been following Sethsnap for a while and really enjoy his perspective on nature and the outdoors. Help him choose shots for his upcoming calendar. And then buy one and show everyone your contributions!

  4. No 5 is my choice !
Splendid idea Seth, especially with a donation back to your chosen local charity too.

  5. I would vote for option 5… all five are beautiful but something about the beautiful red leaf and the surrounding snow suggests many different things that the viewer could take it to mean.based on his/her perspective.
