There are so many beautiful things to see in nature. When you step back and see the landscapes, they are amazing. But, sometimes, the most beautiful things are those in which you find when you look real close. Lake Isabella is beautiful as a whole with its large lake, river, trees and wildlife. But close up, Lake Isabella is like being in another world.

That’s very kind of you. Thanks.
I love looking closely when I walk in the forest too. There are some exquisitely amazing sites in what might otherwise just look like a bunch of brown trees this time of year.
Dude you’re awesome!
Thanks so much!!
Thx so much.
Beautifully done. I love all of the pictures; especially manicured!
ArtQuenchGallery.com loves your nature photography!
That’s awesome thanks so much.
I really like the idea of looking at things close up. There are so many things we miss by just skimming.
These are just amazing! Really!

Nice post and thanks so much for always checking mine out I seem to be so busy loading photos then sharing 🙂 This is like WORK 🙂
It is a lot of work. That’s for sure. Thanks.
There were twigs and branches with fallen leaves ,the lake Isa bella must have fallen asleep..calm and silent the wandering view..did youhear any chirps..or see any bird flew 🙂
Nice and simple, but not. I like it.
Is the building in the photo called Cranny a place for bird watching or just a shelter? Lovely photos.
It’s a bird watching house v
You never disappoint. The pictures were beautiful. 😉
I really like this series of pics. Great stuff as usual Seth 🙂
Autumn type leaves in the first pic no? But love the shots! Were they random or well thought? Eithaer way they look BEAUTIFUL!
Thanks. Yes leaves are still on the ground and even a few hang on trees. I don’t know if anything I do is thought out. I take pics of what I like and then develop a story.
I see! Interesting! =D
Reblogged this on Old School Garden.
OH I LOVE the twisted branches! Did you have to climb a tree for that shot?
No. Lord help me if I did. 😄
LOL well good!
I like how you always capture the unusual things. Love the last one. It’s interesting, I just want to poke it. lol.
It might poke you back. 😄

Love your perspective and eye for details.
Love that you are still experiencing a little color up your way (as is in the first pic)! So many places are totally barren of color.
