Remembering Red Rock Canyon

A few years back, Todd and I made one of our journeys to Las Vegas.  While on our trip we took a short drive to Red Rock Canyon.  Red Rock Canyon is a beautiful area with bright red rocks and deep blue skies.  Wild horses still roam the area along with other interesting wildlife.  It is a must see if you are ever in the Vegas area.

  1. I heard of Red Rock Canyon but have never been and it is a shame for a Californian who goes to Vegas once in a while. The beauty reminds of course of the Grand Canyon and also of Havasu Falls – less visited
    than the Grand Canyon.
    Gorgeous shots, as always, Seth.

  2. Ok I’m sure someone else made this joke already since this post is three to four days old, but I just have to ask if you saw any Great Khans there.

Google “Fallout: New Vegas Great Khans” if it doesn’t make any sense or if miraculously I’m the first to ask.

  3. this is a seriously beautiful blog. thanks for posting this (i’ve never been to a real canyon before because i live in southeast asia and we’re surrounded by water and beaches 😀 )

  4. Stunning… these are all AWESOME! Sorry I haven’t been by but my mom’s very sick. Hope to catch up soon! 😀

  5. Love Red Rock I live out in the sticks in Nevada, and that’s the way I love to travel to Vegas when I have to go there. Thank you for stopping by.

  6. Thank you. I’m at no time satisfied when traveling through Red Rock
it’s so majestic I never get enough of its beauty. I cannot stop marveling; I always carry my camera.
    Thank you kindly.
