Scenery speaks

Driving home this morning, I could overhear the scenery whispering about the upcoming holiday.  The trees adorned with lights were standing up tall and proud, singing Christmas songs accompanied by the wind.  The old majestic homes of Lebanon, rejuvenated with their decorations , felt like presents ready to be opened.  The roads, dressed in their white Christmas tuxedos, wished me a happy holiday season as I drove along.  Even the barn cat was out and about preparing for his Noel feast.  How is your scenery preparing for the upcoming holiday?

  1. These are wonderful photos. It is quite hard to choose a favourite but I would have to go for the first one of the cat by the barn door. Merry Christmas, Seth!

  2. AW i love the kitty picture! SO cute. Cats don’t like me for some reason though. I love them but they just dont like me. Dogs on the other hand always run to me. Oh, maybe that’s why cats dont like me lol.

  3. Seth: Your the perfect example, which everyone of us should follow, always carry a camera with you. I particularly like the closeup of the cat at the barn door…Way to go!

  4. Wow! Your pics are amazing! I’m falling in love the way you take these pictures. Well, I’m not a photographer, but they’re so beautiful.

  5. It would be difficult to pick a favorite from these jewels, each on incredibily beautiful, but I have a speclal place for the little kitty seeking shelter from the snow. Great pictures!

  6. Great pictures! I especially like the last two ones, with the cat looking out of the door.
Thanks for your comment on my blog, and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you,
    Pit

  7. nice wintery shots but the barn cat steals the show. Dunno, is it the color contrast, size – the doors are so large and the cat looks so small? *shrug* it’s a great shot.

  8. Love the dirt/gravel road shot. I am always drawn to what’s around the next bend in the road. Beautiful shots. Merry Christmas! 🙂

  9. That cat is utterly adorabe, and great last pic of it close up! It’s giving you one of those, “don’t you snap my pictures!” looks. 😀
