Tonight the moon and clouds are putting on their nightly recital. They move elegantly together while the stars play their symphony. As they move back and forth to the music they tell a tale that has been told since the beginning of time. The story is intended to put you in a trance. A trance that will carry you to a peaceful sleep to wake restful and relaxed for the day to come.

I got a tad bit startled by the last pic cause I was in the “moon” mind frame and was expecting another picture of the sky and I was continuously scrolling then BOOM …silhouette Lol. Love it. Interesting, I too photographed the moon last night, but haven’t taken the time to download photos. I rarely do any night photography so it was a challenge for me, and a bit of an experiment. Nice shots!

I envy those that can shoot the night, I have yet to figure out the proper settings. There is something so brilliant and elusive about the night skies – like it tells of a 1000 years and even more history – it holds a secret we just can’t keep but it mocks us ever so slightly!
