Perhaps my Your Story: Blue Bank post was an omen to the day that lie ahead as today was very blue here in Ohio. Our skies are showing concern for what our friends in the Northeast are facing. We will not see as much here, just a bit of wind, as they will see even a few hundred miles to the east. Let’s all hope that Sandy will be as Rizzo thought, just a tease.

Blue and dull brown almost grey
happy blues
gloomy greys/browns
the buffaloes are many
what can I do ?
Nothing.. just enjoy the ride 😉 Thanks for the poem.
welcome
I like the first photo the best- so pretty. I see that you made Freshly Pressed. (I believe that is what I saw.) Good for you.
I made it awhile back, nothing right now. (That I know of). Thanks!
cattle always bring me joy!
Thanks 🙂 Me too.
I love the tree in the field…. So much that if ever should I be married I want to do so under its leaves. Oh, and you must photograph said experience…. Great shots!
Thank you! And I would be honored. 🙂
The sky is beautiful in Ohio, but I hope that things will be okay for those in the east.
Me too. Thanks.
why the grass where cows are eating is grey, sethsnap?
The photo is in black and white except for the blue tone. The blue tone of some of the grass shows through but the rest is in black and white.
thanks for the answer
Love the last photo, never seen a prettier photo. I was actually wondering about your pictures today as I was experiencing Sandy’s windiness since earlier in the day and the sky was doing funny stuff. I was looking at the trees and thinking your photography would be awesome for it, all the trees and leaves and the colors.
But so far Sandy hasn’t made an appearance yet, nothing but windy in my part of the woods
Well, I hope it goes easy. Good luck. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Loved the solitary tree in the field photo
Thank you Vikcy.
Always a pleasure to see your photos!
Thanks tkmorin
This water tower is amazing!
Thank you Alex.
Cool 😎
Thanks.
great shots but this comment cracked me up “Let’s all hope that Sandy will be as Rizzo thought, just a tease.” LOL
Blue is my favourite colour … feeling good to see the photos… nice photos 🙂
Thank you, glad you like blue. 🙂
You are welcome 🙂
Reblogged this on sunnychance0207.
Lovely blue photos 🙂 Let’s hope that Sandy doesn’t do any more damage.
True. Thanks Ali.
such peaceful photographs and such a contrast from the grey city I see when looking out of my window.
It’s now cool and rainy here too. 😦
I grew up in Ohio, but now live out of state. I love the pictures you take. Makes me very nostalgic, in a good way. I miss my home state. 🙂
THanks Lucky Bay.
As a UD alum. I found your photos made me nostalgic. Nice work!
Nice. I went to law school at UD. Great school.
Blues are a good choice for a Monday. Serene and haunting, light and airy. Always a breath of fresh air when I check in on your blog.
Thanks for the kind words.
The first pic is awesome! Love the beautiful blues, whites and shades of grey!
Thanks. Glad you like. 😊
A very nice set.
A question – was the first photo taken in the early morning with a low light level?
In morning with a filter.
it’s a great photo of the first frost!
Thanks Elise.
Those pictures really are amazing – my favourite is the first one as the colour is so intense and reminds me of what a snow day should be like 😀
Thanks Fay!
No blue houses to show today?
Sorry, was busy today, but I just posted a new one. 🙂
I love the photos- especially the first one. I guess if nature shows its power with a hurricane or color, the color would be more desired!
Thanks inkygatta.
Love all the blues! 😀
Especially the first one. And the last. 🙂
Thanks a bunch.
Love color themed pictures. The last one is very dramatic.
Thanks Monica.
