A few weeks ago Todd and I drove about an hour south to visit Aurora, Indiana. Aurora is a small town on the Ohio River just west of Cincinnati. Sandwiched between two casinos, Aurora sees more traffic now than it has in its past.
Along the river Aurora has a small river park. We were able to catch a few shots of the park, locals and the river just as the sun was going to bed.

My favorite is the “Sunset on the Ohio river”, so serene!

Nice! How do you get that particular color cast to your photos – ie I see a lot of yellow. Your photo at the top of the blog is amazing, too.
It was just the lighting of the day. I didn’t do anything special. Thanks for stopping by. (Well I might have enhanced the color a tad)
Love the red bench. It makes everything else stand out. Very cool.
Thanks. I was drawn by the bench and by the contraption next to it.

I grew up in Indiana. These pictures certainly do it justice.

The “bridge” is actually what is left of a beer brewery.
